Open Texas Horizons is a mission of the Intermarium Institute aimed at building a lasting partnership between the Intermarium countries and Texas – one of the most important centers of economy, energy, and technology in the United States.

The program’s purpose is to open concrete horizons of cooperation: in energy and raw materials, investment, science, local government, and culture. The mission brings together talks with American partners, study visits, and business meetings so that the Intermarium idea takes on a practical dimension – stronger security, diversification of energy sources, transfer of experience, and joint projects.

The Intermarium Institute regards the relationship with Texas as part of a strategic alliance with the United States: a bridge between Central and Eastern Europe and an American partner that understands the importance of sovereignty, a market economy, and cooperation grounded in shared interests.
